Description/Purpose: A compression fitting for a 1/8" (0.32cm) diameter probe. This holds the probe in position, isolates the probe from interference and minimizes heat loss from the roaster.
Note: This does not come with a thermocouple, you must purchase that separately.

Setup: Screw the compression fitting into the roaster. Place the fitting on the thermocouple in the same way as shown in the images. Adjust the thermocouple so that it is placed in at the correct length. Then tighten to secure the probe.
